By the source of twitter ,Centre has accepted Bihar government's recommendation to hand over the probe into Sushant Singh Rajput's death to CBI. The SC has been informed by the Centre that Sushant case has been handed over to CBI .It is a good news for his fans and family ,now, lets see the true investigation. Sushant's fan & family are hoping for justice.

In an update on ANI, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta on Wednesday stated before the Supreme Court that the Centre has accepted the Bihar government’s recommendation for a CBI inquiry. This development also comes on the day that the apex court is hearing Rhea Chakraborty's petition seeking direction for a transfer of the investigation from Patna to Mumbai.

This announcement comes in just a day after the Bihar Chief Minister sent the Centre the request on receiving the consent of the actor’s father KK Singh.Sushant Singh Rajput’s father, KK Singh, had filed a police complaint against Chakraborty in Patna, accusing her of abetting his son’s alleged suicide in June.

His father has also alleged that Chakraborty illegally transferred Rs 15 crore from his son’s bank account and mentally harassed him. The CBI, which falls under the Union Home Ministry, will now take over the probe.

The apex court has also said that the "truth should come out so far as actor's death is concerned,"

Mumbai Police is already investigating in Sushant Singh Rajput's suicide case, but last week Sushant's father KK Singh had lodged an FIR in Patna in this case, after which a team of Bihar Police reached Mumbai, which the local (Mumbai) There was no support from the police, and at the same time there was an attempt to hinder their work, since which the police of both the states are making rhetoric and allegations against each other in this case. Therefore, it has been decided to investigate the case with the Central Bureau of Investigation.
